At Riladia, we ship every order from our US-based fulfillment center as quickly as possible. Here's everything you need to know about getting your order.


Processing Times

  • Order processing: 1 business day
  • Cutoff for same-day shipping: 2:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday)
  • Weekend orders: Ship the next business day

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.


Delivery Times

United States (Standard) 4–7 business days
United States (Priority) 2–4 business days
Alaska, Hawaii & US Territories 7–12 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays, weather, or holidays.


Shipping Costs

  • FREE Standard Shipping on all US orders — no minimum required
  • Alaska / Hawaii / US Territories: Free Standard shipping included

Order Tracking

You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can also track your order anytime by:

  • Clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
  • Logging into your account at limosia.com
  • Contacting our support team

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you can't find it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors, building managers, or other household members
  2. Look around your delivery location (porches, garages, side doors)
  3. Wait 24 hours — packages are sometimes scanned as delivered early
  4. Contact us if you still can't locate it

We're not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier, but we'll do everything we can to help resolve the issue. For damaged packages, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can ship a replacement.


Address Changes

We process orders quickly, so address changes need to happen fast. Email us within 1 hour of placing your order to update your shipping address. After that, we may not be able to make changes before your package ships.

We're not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. Please double-check your address at checkout.


International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when we open shipping to your country.


Holidays & Carrier Delays

During peak seasons (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, holidays, Mother's Day, etc.), processing and delivery times may be slightly delayed. We'll always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
